Zhanara and Peter Fraser extend a very warm welcome to Heathcote B&B, their delightful family home in the heart of the Highland capital, Inverness. Just moments from the river Ness, the Eden Court Theatre, Inverness Sports Centre, Aqua Dome, Ice Rink, and the centre of town, this four star bed and breakfast is ideal for exploring both the town and the region.

Retaining many of its original features, this straightforward B&B in a Victorian townhouse, built over a century ago, is an attractive stone Victorian villa only ten minutes from the railway station in Inverness and just 20 minutes from Inverness International Airport. 8-minute walk from a boat cruise tour operator and an 8-minute drive from Inverness Golf Club’s 1883 course and modern clubhouse with a bar and restaurant.

All the rooms at Heathcote are absolutely beautiful, and extremely well appointed in calming creams and earthy tones to help you relax. Stylish and very comfortable, they all have either King size or super king size beds, en-suite facilities, Wi-Fi Internet connection, an LCD TV with Freeview, a selection of complimentary hot beverages, radio alarm clock, a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.

Naturally a fantastic full Scottish breakfast and continental breakfast is included in your stay, and if you have any special dietary requirements just mention them to Zhanara or Peter when you book, or on arrival, and they will be delighted to make something especially for you.

There is plenty of secure private parking for guest’s vehicles at the back of the house, plus secure storage for sports equipment such as fishing tackle, golf bags and bicycles.

Guest check in is between 5pm and 6.30pm, and check out in the morning is by 10.30am. Alternatives to these times can be arranged if necessary to accommodate guests.

The highlands are stunningly beautiful at any time of the year, and are perfect for outdoor sports enthusiasts, wildlife watchers to see the Inverness dolphins, golf fanatics, and connoisseurs of whisky who can visit the distilleries on the whisky trail.

Discover the Highlands in all its beauty.

Stayed during a recent holiday to Inverness. Very happy we found Heathcote B&B. Would stay again if we get the chance to holiday in Scotland in the future. Adam

Three nights and very comfortable. Breakfast was awesome and David was very informative on local places to visit. Well located for travel to Loch Ness and Culloden. William

It was our first night in a B&B in Scotland. We really appreciated our stay at Heathcote B&B. The owners were very nice and gave us good advises on where we can eat,... and yet not intrusive at all. Christophe

We checked in about 5.30.p.m. And was greeted with a smiling face, and shown to our room, the lady gave us all the information on the facilities, and showed us where everything was. Elizabeth
